Shears releases her debut EP ‘When You’re Around’.

Available to stream or download, the four tracks were recorded in Rebecca ‘Shears’ Shearing’s home studio with Glaswegian producer Dunt, before being mixed by Matty Green (Dua Lipa, Hurts, Lady Gaga).

As well as recent single ‘Ideas‘ and the title track, the EP also includes ‘Circle Line’ and ‘Just Like You’.

Shearing moved to Edinburgh at 17 to study vocals at university, and has since played Scottish industry showcase events Wide Days and XpoNorth, as well as performing live sessions for BBC Radio Scotland and BBC Radio nan Gàidheal and ending 2019 in the List Magazine’s Hot 100.
