Rosie Nimmo releases a single ‘Hold Up’, taken from her current album ‘Scrapbook’.

Like her previous two albums ‘Lazy and Mellow’ and ‘Home’, ‘Scrapbook’ was produced and engineered by Hobotalk’s Marc Pilley, who also plays on most of the tracks.

Pilley also co-wrote the current single. Also part of these recording sessions were guitarist Stuart Allardyce, Tommy Nimmo on bass and cellist Emma Turley.

The cover for ‘Scrapbook’ is from one of her original etchings, her artwork having been shown in the Royal Scottish Academy on many occasions.

The album is available in physical form from her website as well as at rosienimmo.bandcamp.com.

Rosie also plays two Edinburgh dates in November – on 11 Nov at The Barony Bar, and on 25 Nov at Newhaven’s Harbour Inn.
