Mayor Stubbs releases a debut self titled EP on the sainted Gargleblast label.

His lordship – or Matt, to his mum – recorded four tunes – ‘Abandon Ship’, ‘Everything Is Illuminated’,’Rival Unions’ and ‘Spiderhands’ – in the space of two days in January at Gargleblast studio in Lanarkshire. The E.P was recorded by in-house producer Andy Miller, who has worked with everyone from Mogwai to De Rosa via Songs Ohia and Sons and Daughters.
