Jazzateers release their first single in 30 years via Creeping Bent.
‘Heartbeat’ will be followed by a deluxe vinyl reissue of their debut album ROUGH 46 later this year.
The band, after being signed to Postcard and managed by Alan McGee, evolved into Bourgie Bourgie. Members included original vocalist Paul Quinn (Independent Group) and, later, Grahame Skinner (Hipsway).

The reformed band will play at on Thursday 27th June at Stereo, Glasgow, with guest Vic Godard along with members of the Independent Group – James Kirk, Mick Slaven, Campbell Owens and Andy Alston – playing a set of jazz standards.
