The Edinburgh based artist Conscious Route aka Rolain Bradbeer teams up with Canadian-born producer Sexy Beast for ‘Locked in the Confines’.
On the True Hold label, the track was played rather than sampled, with the saxophone melody by Maria Dybbroe.
Conscious Route describes the track as “a compelling tale of the difficulties of the drama faced by those mostly in poverty… the clever part is the chorus which connects people from every walk of life who feel trapped in their daily grind.”
