Hailmusic – Creative Highland’s project to promote music from the Highlands and Islands of Scotland – is looking for acts to appear on its new initiative, their ‘Download Card’ for 2011. The plan is to distribute and promote music from the area at various trade events, conferences and festivals such as Musicexpo, Celtic Connections, Midem, SXSW etc.
