Orange Juice are to have what’s described as a “definitive” box set entitled Coals To Newcastle released by Domino Records on November 8th.

And it is indeed a pretty comprehensive seven-disc anthology – six audio CDs, plus one DVD that will contain the band’s complete discography plus other studio recordings and BBC sessions.
In total, there will be 16 previously unreleased tracks, and another 23 tracks which were previously unavailable digitally.

The DVD will also contain the band’s two promotional clips for ‘Rip It Up’ and ‘What Presence?!’ (the latter directed by Derek Jarman), their four performances on The Old Grey Whistle Test and the rare posthumous concert video Dada With (The) Juice.
