Vagrant Real Estate releases a new album, ‘Glass Half Full’ – a collaborative affair made with Ynx716, a rapper from Buffalo, New York.

Available to download or stream, the 10 tracks follow last December’s Sweetheartgrips‘, which featured SKIRMISH, Mayday and Reno KOQ, and premiered on BBC Radio 1 as well as seeing him on the front page of his city’s newspaper, the Press and Journal.

The new long-player from the Scots producer, Aberdonian Nick Cronin, follows a single in April, ‘Good Intentions‘, another collaboration, with MCs Oakzy B and Actionnn.

Cronin has also produced ‘Standard Procedure’ by Ransom FA of Rap Game UK fame.

For Ynx716, ‘Glass Half Full’ follows ‘Fake Love’ with hip hop legend Kool G Rap, ‘A Killers Killer’ with fellow Buffalo native and Shady / Rocafella signee Conway The Machine, and ‘Upstate’, a project with producer Purpdogg (Drake, Soulja Boy, Jay Z),
