Vagrant Real Estate – Aberdonian producer Nick Cronin – releases his second instrumental hiphop project, ‘Sweetheartgrips’.
Out now to stream and download via Ditto Music, the new album features guest appearances from SKIRMISH, Mayday and Reno KOQ.
As well as his own project, Cronin also produced ‘Standard Procedure’ by Ransom FA, who recently appeared on the BBC’s reality TV show Rap Game UK.
The producer also recently featured in local daily paper The Press and Journal
