The Phantom Band, Hector Bizerk, Paws and Golden Teacher are among the bands confirmed for the Electric Fields festival which takes place in August.

Also confirmed for the one-day event, taking place over 4 stages within the fields of Drumlanrig Castle in Dumfries & Galloway, are Randolph’s Leap, Miaoux Miaoux, Jonnie Common, Monogram, Victorian Trout Conspiarcy, Pronto Mama, Esperanza, Man Of Moon, Numbers Are Futile, Kill The Waves, Crash Club and Root System.

Up to 30 more acts are still to be announced, including one more major headliner, as the day in the Queensberry Estate grows to its largest capacity and accordingly boasting more performers than previously. 1000 more festival goers are expected to be attracted to the twin main stages (The Arc & Carse Valley), as well as enjoying acts from the Hit The Road project which gives young musicians aged 14-19 years old their first taste of touring and playing festivals.
