Glaswegian act The Roly Mo release a new single ‘Control Yourself’, via the 7 West Music label.

Available to stream or download, the track is taken from upcoming debut EP ‘TRM’.

It’s the third and final single taken from the upcoming six-tracker, due out on September 11th, and follows previous releases ‘Diamond Doll‘ and ‘I’ll Be Happy When You Die’.

The EP will also contain ‘She’s So Hot’, ‘Count To Ten’, and ‘Stuck In A Rut’.

The quartet – Joe Morton (vocals, guitar), Jack Livingstone (guitar), Andrew Noble (bass) and Lewis Jaoui (drums) – take their name from a kids TV show, a BBC spin off from the Fimbles.

Of the new single, frontman Joe Morton says: “‘Control Yourself is a personal favourite of mine as I feel I’ve given myself the best advice I could receive but never seem to put into practice.”

The band have previously received airplay from BBC Radio 1’s Jack Saunders who picked the band for Next Wave and Daniel P Carter’s Radio 1 Rock Show.

The foursome have also played festivals such as Tenement Trail, Stag and Dagger and EH6 and played support slots with Glasgow stalwarts The Dunts, Baby Strange, Gallus, Dead Pony (Crystal) and Pleasure Heads.
