The Bloodstained Angels release a single ‘A Lot In Common’.

The follow-up to ‘Hearts Of Stone‘, which was released at the start of January, both tracks are taken from the forthcoming eponymous debut album, due for release in early February 2020.

Recorded over the past 12 months at Chem19 Studios in Blantyre with Jamie Savage, the album is the work of James Nixon and an old 70s Hummingbird lawsuit guitar – “very much inspired by longstanding love of Bruce Springsteen’s ‘Nebraska'” says the singer-songwriter of the new record.

Originally from Cambuslang, Nixon says he’s been “searching for his own Nebraska” – apt as he has been “exiled” in Aberdeenshire for a number of years.
