Static Union release their debut single ‘Turn Out The Lights’ on Friday 27 January.
The four teenagers from Glasgow will launch the single with a show at Audio in Glasgow that night with support from The Vistas, Floss and Hunting Grey.
The quartet – students Sean, James and Cameron, and Liam, who is still at school – are based in the South Side of the city, forming in 2014 while all still at school.
The track was recorded and mixed by Paul McNally at 45 Recordings in Glasgow and mastered by Pete Maher in London.
The video was directed by former El Dog frontman Bob Rafferty and features Joanne Pirrie, a professional dancer from Glasgow. It was filmed in The Poetry Club and other locations in Glasgow.
