Starry Skies release a new single, ‘Here Comes the Moon’ on Fox Star Records.

Available to download, it follows up ‘Sweet Honey Blue‘ from March this year.

Described as a “thank you tribute to the Stooges, Mama’s and Papas and ultimate pop rock god David Bowie,” the track was recorded in Glasgow and Brooklyn and then mastered by legendary producer Kramer.

The Glasgow band – Warren Skye (vocals & guitar), Heather Phillip (vocals & violin), Jen Lunan – (vocals & cello) Adam Scott (bass & piano), Johnny Moondial (lead guitar) and Sophie Pragnell (viola & vocals & percussion) – are currently working on the follow up to their album ‘Be Kind’ in Glasgow.

The single gets an online launch on Thursday 25th June, with a live stream of seven songs.
