Starless release a single, ‘Paper’, via Last Night From Glasgow.

It’s the second track to be taken from forthcoming album, ‘Earthbound, which is due at the end of May.

The single features the vocals of Emma Pollock (out of The Delgados) and is released digitally with four remixes – by BoBBY, ToffoBean, Axor & The Pels Syndicate – and is available on iTunes and Spotify.

The album – also to be released on Last Night From Glasgow, on May 29th – will be available on gold, silver and transparent vinyl, as well as CD and download.

Starless is the brainchild of Paul McGeechan (Love and Money / Friends Again), who released what was his ‘solo’ debut, a self-titled album which appeared in 2016 on Marina Records, and which included guest appearances from the Blue Nile’s Paul Buchanan, as well as Karen Matheson.

Its follow-up, ‘Earthbound’, will, like its predecessor, feature the Prague Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as Marie Clare Lee (Siel Lien) and Julie Fowlis.

The new release will also include vocal contributions from Steven Lindsay (The Big Dish), Chris Thomson (Friends Again, The Bathers), Jerry Burns, Grahame Skinner (Hipsway), and Karliene.
