Edinburgh-based folk band Stampede Road release their second single ‘Old Town’.

The A-side comes from the same sessions as their debut, August’s ‘White Rooms’, recorded in March 2013 in singer Graeme Duncan’s hometown of Fochabers. Accompanying B-side on the sophomore effort is ‘Night Terrors’ – a live acoustic version recorded made at the band’s flat in Edinburgh. They play a hometown show on January 24th, at Henry’s Cellar Bar.

The band – Duncan plus Daniel Crichton (electric guitar/vocals), Harry Fisher (bass/vocals), Sam Dick (drums/vocals) and Danen Sloan (bass, vocals) – plan a full-length album later in 2014.
