Dundonian indie chancers Spare Snare celebrate a quarter of a century of making records by releasing a new studio album ‘Unicorn’.

The ten tracks, clocking in at around half-an-hour, are available as ever on the band’s own Chute label.

The album – what is probably their 11th studio release, but we’ve lost count – is available on CD and also cassette (the latter coming with a free ‘tape winder’… a pencil).

The quintet – Jan Burnett, Alan Cormack, Barry Gibson, Adam Lockhart and Graeme Ogston – are also releasing free music from the archives every month via their bandcamp site (below).
