Stereogram Recordings release a single by London four-piece Those Unfortunates.

‘Letter Writing Man’ is the band’s third single proper, and their first for the Edinburgh-based label. It comes with B-side ‘The Book That I’m Reading’, both tracks being available as download only.

As well as music-making, the quartet are known for their social and socialist activity, having played the final gig at the (squatted) 12 Bar Club on Denmark St, before the police moved in, and hosting Unlondon, a free festival of music, art and literature inspired by lost, unloved and forgotten London.
They headline the Aaahhwoo festival near Berlin at the end of August before releasing a follow-up single in September, with an album to follow shortly after.
