The BBC’s Gaelic-language indie music show Rapal is to host a gig in advance of the new series. Beerjacket, The Holy Ghosts and Cara Mitchell will appear live at the Pacific Quay headquarters on Tuesday 12th February, from 6pm.

Vic Galloway and Emma MacInnes will host the shows – not sure what’s happened to Niall Iain MacDonald, he may be in a rowing boat somewhere in the mid-Atlantic – but I’m sure that Vic’s command of the Gaelic will be just fine.

Discopolis, Holy Mountain, John Wean, Miaoux Miaoux, The Open Day Rotation and Three Blind Wolves are among the acts who will appear on the 12-part series on BBC Alba, which commences at 10pm on February 21st.
