Monday 6th April sees Pictish Trail feature in conversation on Vic Galloway’s Radio Scotland show – that’s from 8pm.

Also, you maybe missed Johnny ‘Pictish’ Lynch on 6music with Cerwys Matthews on Sunday morning, but you can listen again (he was just after 11:30am, which might be half an hour in?)

You maybe missed the feature on BBC Alba about Highland rockers Peat & Diesel but you can see that and their Barrowland show on the iPlayer (or BBC Sounds or whatever)

Honestly can’t decide of listening parties are really radio, but they’re not gigs (even if the bands are ‘interacting’ with fans, so here we are.

Anyway, Spare Snare follow up their dissection of ‘Sounds’ with a listen of their 2017 album Unicorn’. Again it’s at 8pm on Monday. the 6th April, via Facebook https://www.facebook.com/events/2471011303115718/

There’s also a wee flurry of weekly listens of classic releases hosted by Tim Burgess on twitter – t#timstwitterlisteningparty. Next week one with The Twilight Sad that’s not actually focusing on any one of their five long players, which sounds intriguing. But this week, Mogwai‘s ‘Come On Die Young’ – that’s on Friday 10th at 10pm GMT – see https://twitter.com/Tim_Burgess.
