On Monday 20th July Vic Galloway’s Radio Scotland show is a Wide Days special – so, from 9pm, he’ll be featuring music from each of the showcase artists featured in the online conference that takes place on Thursday and Friday this week; Swim School, Kapil Seshasayee, Scout, One Nine, Memes & Billy Got Waves x Joell.

BBC Alba has a variety of new music coming up (including a Belladrum special next weekend) but on Saturday, July 25, at 9pm, Tide Lines are featured – the Glasgow folk-rock act hosting lockdown performances including a no-audience ‘gig’ at SWG3, and chatting about their hitting #1 in the Official Scottish Album Chart.
BBC Alba is available on Sky channel 141, Freeview / You View 7, Virgin Media 161, Freesat 109, and on the BBC iPlayer, with an archive of recent shows including features on Peat & Diesel, Colin MacLeod, and the Tiree Festival which included Skerryvore, Be Charlotte and Callum Beattie.

On Thursday 23rd July, from 10pm, #TimsTwitterListeningParty sees Tim Burgess and some of the guys out of Biffy Clyro discuss the band’s 2009 album ‘Only Revolutions’.
