On your radio and telly this week… BBC Radio Nan Gaidheal’s Rapal on Tuesday, March 1st from 7pm has Moteh Parrott and Friends in session, playing tracks from his forthcoming album.

And on Wednesday on Rapal, Edinburgh act Daytime TV will be in conversation with host Emma Lamont about their debut album ‘Nothing’s On But Everyone’s Watching’ – again, from 7pm.

The Quay Sessions on Radio Scotland has Adam Holmes (presumably without his Embers) in session, while Dean Owens picks his favourite album. That’s Wednesday February 2nd from 8pm on BBC Radio Scotland.

Finally, TV… ok, it’s not exactly cooncil telly, but ‘Biffy Clyro: Cultural Sons of Scotland’- a documentary detailing the making of the band’s ninth studio album, ‘The Myth of the Happily Ever After’ – is now available on Amazon Prime.
