Paul Vickers and The Leg release a new four-track, ‘The Strathmiglo Session – The Further Adventures of Itchy Grumble’.

The new release follows on from the 2010 album ‘Itchy Grumble’ when the band – at that time a quartet of Paul Vickers, Dan Mutch, Alun Scurlock, Pete Harvey – recorded that 11-track opus in a church hall in Fife.

Consisting of ‘Itchy Grumble’s Life at Sea’, ‘Pips’, plus ‘Nasty Bone 1’ parts 1 and 2, these four tracks – all recorded by Pete Harvey – are now available for the first time.

The current lineup of the band – Dawn of the Replicants mainman Vickers, plus the Dan Mutch-fronted equally single-minded quintet, of Pete Harvey, Alun Scurlock, John Mackie and James Metcalfe – most recently released their first album in five years, ‘Jump‘, on Tenement Records last December.
