Edinburgh singer Paul Brand self-releases an album, ’12 Songs’.

Including single ‘Standing Over Elvis’, the dozen tunes were recorded at the Slate Room Studio, in Pencaitland.

The album is available through the Paul Brand Music website as well as iTunes, and the CD can also be purchased from Coda Music shop in Edinburgh.

Featuring contributions from fifteen musicians in total, the long-player was named album of the week on Canada’s Blues and Roots Radio, and is, we’re advised, a favourite on former BBC Scotland DJ Tom Morton’s Beach Croft Social internet show.
