Ordinaryson release their second album, ‘Round Here’ via their own Travelled Music label.

The Berwick-upon-Tweed act recorded the long-player at Post Electric Studio in Edinburgh, the recording complex set up by members of Idlewild.

The album was mixed by fellow Berwick musician / producer Brendan Portues.

The sophomore release’s ten songs tells tales of small town life, including title track ‘Round Here’ whose accompanying video highlights life in Berwick upon Tweed, and lead singer/songwriter Ian Thompson’s travels on a daily commute.

Somewhat of a viral hit on Facebook the video has amassed over 30,000 views, over twice the population of the much loved border town having enjoyed the film.

The band’s next show is part of a unlikely double bill with The Complete Stones Roses at The Auction House in Berwick upon Tweed on Saturday 23rd December.

‘Round Here’ is available online as well as on CD in shops in Berwick upon Tweed.
