Natasha England releases a new album, ‘Somehow’, on Platform Reecords.
Glasgow-born England has been involved in the music industry as a manager, promoter and label owner for some years, working with acts ranging from David Bowie to Chas & Dave. She also enjoyed solo success in the 1980s, with debut album ‘Captured’ and a UK top 10 single with a cover of ‘Iko Iko’.
The new release follows up 2010’s ‘Deeper Into Reality’, an experimental electronic collaboration with Emmy nominated producer Robert Logan. The hiatus was caused by a battle with cancer, but a “a revitalized level of health and well being” has seen her finally release the new album.
