Music Like a Vitamin, the now regular series of fundraising activities as part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts And Film Festival (mhfestival.com), are to release a collaborative fundraising album.
Those involved include Idlewild’s Rod Jones, Emma Pollock, James Graham (Twilight Sad), Scott Hutchison (Frightened Rabbit), Jill O’Sullivan (Sparrow and the Workshop), Karine Polwart, Jenny Reeve, Alasdair Roberts and James Yorkston

Limited edition copies of the CD with artwork by Aidan Moffat will also be available. There will be a couple of launch gigs – on Fri 1st Oct, at the HMV Picture House in Edinburgh and then on Sat 2nd Oct, at the O2 ABC in Glasgow.
