Macon Heights release a single, with accompanying video: ‘Wake Up (The War Machine)’
As ever, the track from the duo – Carrie Beattie and Alexis Beattie – comes on Edinburgh’s Savage Recordings, the pair now based back in Scotland following a quick sojourn in London.
Mixed and mastered by Lucius Lowe, the the song is available to download via Bandcamp, or stream via Spotify or Apple Music .
The band, who have previously operated as part of Sacre Noir, and under the Savage Sound System umbrella, also release a video for the track. Directed by Gregor Fergie, and working with stylist Erin Culley MUA, it was shot at Edinburgh’s St Margaret’s House.
