Looper – the band formed by former Belle and Sebastian man Stuart David and wife Karn – release their first single in 10 years (or thereabouts). ‘Oh, Skinny Legs’ is taken from the band’s forthcoming fourth album, provisionally entitled Waiting For Trains.
