Lonely Tourist releases a new single, ‘Tom and the Library’, via his Tourist Info label.

The track is available as a “Pay what you want” download – “or nothing at all. No one will ever know” the singer-songwriter jokes on his bandcamp page.

The new song follows up the previous single by Paul Tierney (no, not that one), last May’s ‘Ho Hum Silver Lining‘ – the lo-fi recording made since lockdown, and mastered by Jack Cookson.

A more recent Lonely Tourist release (which you may have missed) was Live at Salt – a live gig taken from the launch show for his 2018 album ‘Remuneration’.

Bristol-based Tierney has also contributed an acoustic version of ‘The Ballad of Paul Tierney’ to the forthcoming ‘Now That’s What I Call Glastonbury Calling Side 2‘ album, a mammoth 48-track download compilation of bands mainly from the south-west of England.
