Glasgow trio Lo Rays release a new single, ‘Stain’.
The four-piece band, fronted by Laura Takala, formed the band in 2018, following the singer’s move to Glasgow from Finland. She met Ryan Jones (bass) and Matt Boyle (guitar) on a college course, the band later adding Jude McWilliams on drums.
The single, produced by Paul McInally / 45 A-Side Recordings, seems to be available exclusively on Spotify (obviously the band aren’t in this for the money!) and is the follow-up to 2019 EP ‘Unstable Air’ in 2019.
Live-wise, the band have recently played a sold-out show at The Old Hairdressers, as well as having supported Glasgow acts Gallus and Snash, plus touring acts including Saint Agnes and Estrons.
