Little Tiger Records have released their first EP, featuring tracks from I.Solar, Fenella, Domiciles and Acrylic.

‘E.P 1’ is a download compilation featuring the first four releases from the label, which operates from Riverside Music Complex (based in Busby on the outskirts of Glasgow).

Little Tiger is run as part of the Music Business HND course, under the aegis of Douglas MacIntyre (Creeping Bent Records / The Nectarine No.9 / Sexual Objects), senior lecturer on the course.

Of the four acts, I.Solar may be most familiar in that they feature three members of Casual Sex, much vaunted around the Glasgow scene a few years back.

Fenella are a duo – Mairi & Jack – who formed while studying in Glasgow and discovering a shared interest in the mid-late 1960s output of Elektra Records.

The release is rounded off by Acrylic, an alternative indie-rock quintet originally from Edinburgh but now based in Glasgow’s West End, and garage/space rock crossover combo Domiciles.

The EP is now available on most digital retail and streaming platforms, iTunes and Spotify as well as bandcamp.
