Jonzip, lead singer and rhythm guitarist with 70s punk band, The Zips – releases his debut CD, ‘A Hard Rain At Sunshine Corner’. On the Tenement Toons label, the album was recorded with the help of Smiley Barnard and Pablo Cook of the late Joe Strummer’s Mescaleros.

The CD will be available via CDBaby.com, Love Music, New Hellfire Club (NHC), as well as online as a download.

The album gets its launch on Friday 3rd April (8.30pm) at McChuills, High St, Glasgow . Also on the bill at the free-to-enter show, Jon’s full band, The Zips.
