Jack James releases his fourth album, Is That The Rain On, which may be my favourite album title of the week. It follows last year’s ‘Leaving Town’ and is his fourth release in as many years.
James puts himself in the indie-folk genre counting the likes of Damien Jurado, Elliott Smith, Sharon Van Etten, Bob Dylan and Neil Young among his influences.
