Firstly, not a gig, but instead we refer you to the Help Musicians virtual quiz taking place Monday 21st from 8pm – come along and show up your lack of musical knowledge. We’ll be there…

Which is a shame, as Dave Arcari‘s regular livestream takes place at the same time – Monday, 8pm – and he’s doing it live from his garden on the banks of Loch Lomond…

This week’s ‘big gig’ – or as close as we get at the moment – is Kid Canaveral’s Xmas eBaubles. Undeterred by the need for to take their annual event online, the band’s extravaganza will still feature the usual fun and japes plus a top-notch lineup that’s being added to be the day. Pictish Trail, Jill Lorean, Eagleowl, Martha Ffion, Sulka, Molly Linen… unsurprisingly, Kid Canaveral, including the band’s Rose reading a suitable festive ghost story… and Fran Healy out of Travis! Tickets and details from Lost Map.

We’re going to assume that the ‘regular’ livestreams may take place this week, but check them out for yourselves – Findlay Napier ‘s regular livestream should be this Thursday – from 8pm, a ‘Bunch of Songs‘.

Mt. Doubt‘s live sets are, frontman Leo says, “increasingly occasional” – so in lieu of a blank page in the online diary at his Facebook page on Thursday at 8pm, you can instead watch again his ‘Stuck in the House Session’ for Last Night From Glasgow x Renfrewshire Arts and Events from last week.

And if you missed Angus Munro‘s regular Christmas request show fear not, the entire set can be seen on Youtube – you’re a bit late to actually place a request though…
