Assuming the predicted snowmageddon doesn’t keep everyone at home, there’s a busy week of gigs across the country.

On Monday 26th in Dundee, Django Django are at Tropicana & Vogue (the venue formerly known as Fat Sam’s as far as we can tell),

Also on Monday former Mansun man Paul Draper, at The Caves in Edinburgh.

He’s at Glasgow on Tuesday as well, at The Art School, while same night, same city, The Vegan Leather play at St Lukes & The Winged Ox.
In Aberdeen, Django Django are at The Garage.

On Wednesday 28th, The Ataris are in Edinburgh, along with We Came From Wolves, at The Mash House

Also in Edinburgh, Man of Moon play Sneaky Pete’s.

On Thursday, Dave Arcari is at Edinburgh Voodoo Rooms, while in Glasgow, it’s Madness frontman Suggs, in chatty mooe, at the Pavilion Theatre.

In Inverness, Nieves play Madhatters, and even further north, Ben Ottewell is at The Sound Archive in Kirkwall.

In Glasgow on Thursday, at King Tut’s, Dr. Feelgood (there may be some original members missing from this lineup).

At The Hug and Pint, we have Dancing On Tables along with Moonlight Zoo.

On Friday Elbow are in Glasgow, at the Hydro, while at the Hug and Pint, Scots legends The Thanes .

A rather busy Friday in Aberdeen – Nieves play Cafe Drummond, The Temperance Movement are at The Garage, and Cold Years have a show at The Tunnels

Friday night is clearly going-out night in Dundee with a whole TWO gigs of note –
The Kalaharis are at Conroy’s Basement, while Ed Muirhead plays WASPS Studio.

Friday also sees Gerry Cinnamon pitch up in Inverness, at Ironworks.

And in Paisley Arts Centre, it’s Out Lines.

The Kalaharis are at Perth Green Room on Saturday.
In Dundee, at Tropicana & Vogue (or whatever Fat Sam’s is calling itself) Gerry Cinnamon.
Neon Waltz play Bakers Nite Club, Kilmarnock, while Dave Arcari is at The Hug and Pint in Glasgow.

Quite what is going on among the promoters in Ediburgh on Saturday is anyones guess. Deep breath:

Yoko Pwno play Teviot Underground, the Mickey 9s are at Cabaret Voltaire, Martin Metcalfe & the Fornicators have a show at the Voodoo Rooms (there’s a free CD up for grabs I gather).
At Franklin Rock’n’Roll Club, The Thanes along with Those Unfortunates, and Paper Rifles are at Banshee Labyrinth. Oh, and Alex Cornish is also in town.

And there’s the Wee Dub Festival 2018 in various New Town venues – Mungo’s HiFi and The Bug among many names on the bill, more at www.weedubfestival.co.uk

Sunday night sees Neon Waltz perform at the Midnight Breakfast Club in Bathgate, and that man Gerry Cinnamon plays Edinburgh Liquid Room.
And finally, chill-out time for anyone returning form the Wee Dub – The Wailers are at the O2 ABC in Glasgow.
