As ever the week in live(ish) music begins on Monday 2nd March with the latest edition of Dave Arcari‘s ‘Tales From the Road’ series of movies and Q&A, as well as doubtless celebrating the release of his new single ‘Cherry Wine’.

The show is free but via Zoom so you’ll have to reserve a place, here.

On Thursday 25th March, there’s another Refuweegee virtual fundraising gig – the 11th – thanks to Sounds in the Suburbs.

Starting at 8pm, the lineup includes Blair Dunlop, Jenny Sturgeon, My Darling Clementine, Peter Bruntnell and Nicky Murray.

Saturday 27th Match has something of a live extravaganza at You Call That Radio‘s new website .

Esperanza, Big Fat Panda, Tom McGuire & The Brassholes, Nipples of Venus, plus Minerva Wakes playing their first ever gig to launch their new album ‘Mirrored Moon’. kicking off at 3pm and running late into Sunday morning you can stream it live.

And, also on Saturday from 8pm, the second edition of Live in Leith has two sets from hip hop artists Nova and Ransom FA, from Leith Theatre, with guest host Vic Galloway.

Finally, Dropkick‘s Andrew Taylor seems to play a livestream show every week – Fridays from 8pm at /www.facebook.com/dropkickmusic – so in case you missed last week’s or can’t watch next week’s, here one he made earlier…
