Edinburgh-based garage punk ensemble Geek Maggot Bingo release a five-track CD. The band take their name from a film featuring Richard Hell, fact fans.
The CD retails at £3 and can be obtained from Elvis Shakespeare (347 Leith Walk) in the band’s hometown as well as Hog’s Head Music in South Clerk Street. More details on their Facebook page.
Variously recorded by Angus McPake at Ravencraig Studio and Russell Burn at Rusty’s Yard, three of the tunes are available as a three-track download.
