Ewan Patrick releases his debut single, ‘Retrospect’ / ‘Hurricane’.

Available as a download or stream, the double-A-side has already picked up airplay from Jim Gellatly on Amazing Radio as well as Postcards from the Underground on Cumbernauld FM.

Formerly of ‘Thee Comrades’ and latterly V-2 Schneider as well as a founder of the popular Edinburgh club night I Fly Spitfires at Cabaret Voltaire, Patrick studied at Leeds College of Music before returning to Edinburgh, to form Spares, performing live on BBC Radio Scotland’s Vic Galloway and Janice Forsyth shows.

Spares evolved into Etape, but following the COVID crisis putting plans for a new EP on hold, Patrick completed several solo songs, including those available as the current single.
