Edinburgh-based seven-piece Delta Mainline release their debut long player ‘Oh! Enlightened’ via Rehab Sound Recordings, and through Halcyon Records in the USA.

It’s the band’s first full length album, though in 2009, ‘Hope/Grace’ appeared on a Third Wave Collective compilation ‘Strung Out Volume One’ alongside tunes by The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Caribou, Dead Meadow and Spectrum.

They then put out an EP ‘In a World Full of Madness, the Simple Joy of Melody Can Pull You Through’ via Rehab Sound Recordings in Third Wave Collective. There was also a track on a Pink Floyd tribute for their now-label in Canada (Halcyon Records), and ‘Harbour/Haven/Light’ was used by American broadcasters CNN.

The new release was recorded in 2011 and 2012 at Chem19 with Davey McAulay (Mogwai, Mike Heron, Remember Remember).
