Glasgow-based foursome Damn Teeth release their self-titled debut album, via Good Grief Records, on cassette and digitally.

The ten tunes – recorded, mixed and mastered by Ross McGowan at Chime Studios in April/May 2015 – form a concept album of sorts, based around the medical woes of Paul McArthur (ex-Thin Privilege, Salò). The singer was diagnosed with coital cephalalgia (look it up). Co-vocalist Kate Stonestreet (Joanna Gruesome, ex-Pennycress), McArthur’s former Thin Privilege bandmate Sean Patrick Campbell, and Stewart Allan (Black International, Billy Ray Osiris and also responsible for the artwork) have, as far as we’re aware, no similar medical issues.
