Chump release a single, ‘At Least We Got a Song Out of It’, on the Gerry Loves label.
Along with B-side ‘Lose Your Life’ which features bassist Tony on vocals, it comes as a limited edition vinyl 7” single as well as a download.
The vinyl version features a risograph sleeve featuring artwork by singer Tara, plus a download of both songs and a bonus track.
The Glasgow three-piece, whose lineup is completed by drummer Matt, previously recorded a cassette ‘Treat Me Mean’ at Green Door Studios, released on April Fool’s Day 2016, and they have since played shows with Chastity Belt, PAWS, and Diet Cig.
To promote the new single, again recorded at Green Door, the band play a couple of launch shows – on Thursday 30th March at The Safari Lounge, Edinburgh, with support from West Princes and Tongue Trap.
They then move to Glasgow’s Old Hairdressers on Friday 31st March with Current Affairs, Hairband and Herbert Powell.
