Carla J. Easton releases a single, ‘Girl From Before’.
Like the rest of her 2018 album ‘Impossible Stuff’, from which the new track is taken, it was written during Easton’s residency at the Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity in Canada. The single comes with a piano version of the track.
The recording was done at Montreal’s Hotel2Tango studios where production duties were filled by Howard Bilerman, known for his work with Arcade Fire among others.
