Carla J. Easton releases a new single, ‘Wanting What I Can’t Have’..

It’s the second track, following ‘Lights In The Dark’, to come from sessions recorded in Canada with Howard Billerman (producer of Arcade Fire’s ‘Funeral’) at his hotel2tango studio.

The lead singer out of TeenCanteen, and co-creator with Joe Kane of the Ette album ‘Homemade Lemonade’, recorded her second album, ‘Impossible Stuff’, during her Canadian trip.

The new material follows her working with Belle & Sebastian on ‘Best Friend’, which appeared on the ‘How to Solve Our Human Problems’ EP.

Available on Last Night From Glasgow / Olive Grove as a download, CD and limited 7″. vinyl, the new single also features a single mix by Stephen Watkins, with remixes from Sun Rose, Alan Forrest & Skinny Dipper.
