Following the announcement of live sets among the sharks at Deep Sea world in Fife, the birds are getting in on the act thanks to Wales-based actKate Doubleday Trio.

The Kate Doubleday Trio embark on The Hide-Away UK Tour which sees them play a series of bird hides in aid of the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds.
Kate is joined by multi-instrumentalist Trevor Lines (bass/ukelele) and Dan Wilkins (guitar/kora) and the trio will perform for audiences of between 15 and 50 at the RSPB nature reserves. After the launch in Wales, ‘gigs’ take place as follows:

15 July, RSPB Loch Garten, Abernethy, by Aviemore, 7.00pm
16 July, RSPB Vane Farm Reserve, Gillman Hide, Kinross, 7.00pm
17 July, RSPB Lochwinnoch Reserve, The Tall Tower, Largs Road, Lochwinnoch, 7.30pm. All shows are entry by donation.
