Babe release an EP ‘The Hereaftergo’ers’ on Moshi Moshi Records.
The four piece – founded by Findo Gask-ers Gerard Black and Michael Marshall, plus Thomas Ogden (Popolo) and Black’s François & the Atlas Mountains bandmate Amaury Ranger – are based between Glasgow, London, Brussels and Bordeaux. They wrote, recorded, produced and mixed the 12-track album via the internet, swapping files via Dropbox.
The EP, which follows debut album ‘Volery Flighty’, is available on iTunes.
And with Michael Marshall also working with Bill Wells and Aidan Moffat, there’s a remix of ‘the Warbling’ by Bill Wells.
The band play on May 5th at London’s The Lexington with Rozi Plain, and then on the 30th at Glasgow’s Glad Cafe, at the GoldFlakePaint Festival.
