Andrew Howie releases a new single, ‘Testament’. It’s available via Bandcamp for free (or on a pay-what-you-want basis).

Taken from current long-player ‘Lonely Hummingbird‘, the track was co-written with Washington D.C.-based singer-songwriter Andy Zipf of The Cowards Choir, while on a songwriting road-trip to the USA. Zipf also plays guitar on the track, while keyboards and MIDI signals are provided by Don Avidly.

The B-side is a cover version of Kim Wilde’s ’80s smash hit ‘Kids In America’, and features on backing vocals what is described as “Scotland’s greatest pop-combo” Anna & The Turtles (though we fear his opinion may be coloured by the fact that hey are his offspring.
