Doune the Rabbit Hole Festival has announced its lineup for this year’s event, including Japanese psych-rock troupe Acid Mother’s Temple and anti-folk cartoonist Jeffrey Lewis. Also in the first wave of acts for the event, which runs from August 22-24, are Friday night headliners, Scots electro-folkers The Peatbog Faeries.
Included among the other acts billed are Wave Pictures, The Cosmic Dead, The Yawns, Adam Stafford, Babe, Woodenbox, Esperanza, Stanley Brinks, Galoshins, and around 50 more acts.
And also billed are Balkanarama Klub – who will present several hours of arts and crafts workshops as well as a Balkan-style after-party.
The three-day fest, now in its fifth year, takes place at Cardross Estate, (near Port of Menteith, Stirlingshire), seemingly having found a more permanent home following moves around the central belt.
