James Yorkston is to welcome several name acts to Kirkcaldy in another run of his Tae Sup wi’ a Fifer series of live shows.

The three gigs, taking place monthly at the Lang Toun’s Adam Smith Theatre this autumn, will as ever feature an eclectic lineup, with The Vaselines, Kathryn Williams, Alasdair Roberts, David Thomas Broughton , and Radiohead drummer Philip Selway among the performers lined up.

There’s also a December appearance from the mysterious Ol’ Crabbit John, the only details given as to his identity being that he’s a Selkirk songwriter.

Tae Sup wi’ a Fifer began in 2015 and has seen the likes of Steve Mason, Dick Gaughan, Linton Kwesi Johnson and Roddy Woomble among the acts having graced the old theatre’s stage.

Tickets for all shows, priced £15, are on sale now.
