Music conference Wide Days, which takes place in Edinburgh on April 10th – 11th, has announced its keynote speaker.
Spotify director Mark Williamson will give the speech, as part of a session devoted to the business of streaming music – and in the city which has the UK’s highest concentration of users.

Williamson’s talk will be preceded by an overview of the streaming business by Andy Zondervan, business development manager at Dutch collection society Buma/Stemra and panel programmer at the Eurosonic Noorderslag festival.

The showcase events, which are free entry and include sets from Fat Goth, Roman Nose and Washington Irving, take place on the evening on Thursday 11th – full details at www.widedays.com.
